After we have received the deed, we provide you with a quote for our surveying services. We then visit the location to survey the land. Finally, we provide you with a map of your survey, including all buildings, driveways, sidewalks, fences, and other improvements. We also include percolation tests and the application that is to be submitted to the Health Department.
